Professional Memberships – We Are Committed to Professionalism
The Memphis court reporters of Omega Reporting are committed to professional and educational development in their goal to be the ultimate in professional reporting. They belong to and have served in different capacities in these professional organizations. The National Court Reporters Association and the Tennessee Court Reporters Association, two prominent professional court reporting organizations, are associations to which Omega reporters belong.
The commitment to education and certification by testing also ensures our clients that the highest level of professionalism is consistently met. All coursework is approved by our national certifying body, the National Court Reporters Association. NCRA’s Continuing Education Program is nationally recognized and accredited by the American Council on Continuing Education and Training (ACCET).
Members who have earned their certification are required to earn 3.0 continuing education units (30 hours) every three years to ensure that a consistent level of proficiency, technological advancement, and professionalism is maintained. NCRA equips members with the knowledge and skills necessary to compete in a world of ever-changing information and technology.
NCRA also offers advanced reporting exams and certifications. To learn more about these advanced programs, visit their Certification Website.
Omega Reporting is also a proud participant of the Ethics First program, an NCRA program.
