Lynette L. Mueller, RDR, CRR, FAPR, TN-LCR, MS-CSR, AR-CCR
A veteran in the court reporting industry, Lynette has been reporting since the early 1980s. Among her extensive skill sets, Lynette has successfully reported for highly complicated and technical matters, including medical, patent litigation, and biomedical cases. She has reported throughout the country, and for the past 17 years in the Memphis area.
She was the Website Director for the Tennessee Court Reporters Association from 2009-2015. Lynette was instrumental in creating TCRA’s site and was responsible for the maintenance of the site and its content. She has also been a past Director and Vice President of the Tennessee Court Reporters Association.
Giving back to the court reporting profession is extremely important to Lynette. She has written several articles for the Journal of Court Reporting, a publication produced by the National Court Reporters Association, and for The Volunteer Reporter, a newsletter produced by the Tennessee Court Reporters Association. She has been active in the education area as well, including mentoring a court reporting student and speaking at seminars related to court reporting and how to utilize and keep abreast of technology resources. She has served on are the TRAIN Subcommittee and was a member of the Council of the Academy of Professional Reporters and the Realtime Task Force through the National Court Reporters Association. Currently, she is serving on the Written Knowledge Test Committee and is the chair of the Realtime and Technology Resource Committee with the National Court Reporters Association.
Lynette is certified as a Licensed Court Reporter through the state of Tennessee, the state of Mississippi, and the state of Arkansas. She is also certified by testing through the National Court Reporters Association, and holds the highest level of certification — the Registered Diplomat Reporter. Lynette also holds the certification of Certified Realtime Reporter and Certified LiveNote Reporter.
Lynette was named one of the 2013 Fellows of the Academy of Professional Reporters at the National Court Reporters Association Convention & Expo Awards Luncheon in Nashville, Tennesse, in August 2013.
